For your dog's health, they need to be 16 weeks or older to make sure they are fully protected by their vaccines
VACCINATIONS
We require proof that your dog is up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Although not required, we highly suggest the Canine influenza vaccine(s)
HEALTHY & FREE OF PARASITES
Your dog must be in good health (not currently ill) and be treated for fleas/ticks and internal parasites
TEMPERAMENT TEST
Your dog must pass our FREE temperament test. This test makes sure your dog fits in with our pack and is safe in our facility
SPAYED OR NEUTERED
If your dog is over 7 months old, they must be spayed or neutered
RELEASE FORMS
Both 'Client Agreement and Waiver' and the 'Photo Release' forms need to be read and signed prior to your dog's Temperament Test
